We've had a break from travel since the April and May trips to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Kiev, Ukraine. That's given Dale a chance to write.

In the last few months, he's finished a commentary on the book of Numbers, and a chapter on the use of Psalms in the New Testament Gospels. Now he's ready to start writing a book on preaching from the Minor Prophets (Hosea - Malachi). This will be a Bible college textbook that will get used all over the world. He hopes to finish that before the next round of travels start up in the Spring. Then we're off to the Ukraine and to India.

In November, we'll fly to the States. Dale will be partcipating in the annual meetings of the Evangelical Theological Society and the Society of Biblical Literature, which are held in Philadelphia.

After that, our we'll get together with our daughters and their families in Barrington, RI, where our son-in-law is now VP of Finance. It will be good to see them--especially those, especially the two new ones who've joined the family since we held these two little ones in this picture. Pray for Dale's writing in the next few months.
